Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

• "totojp" — refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://totojp.cam, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities operating this service.
• "Platform" — the totojp website, mobile interface, software, and all related services made available to registered users.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" — any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses the gaming services offered by totojp.
• "Account" — the personal profile created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited into a User's Account for the purpose of placing wagers or purchasing game credits.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits awarded by totojp under specific bonus offers, subject to wagering requirements before conversion or withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required under anti-money laundering and fraud-prevention protocols.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" — territories where accessing or using the Platform is restricted by local law, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, and any other jurisdiction expressly excluded in totojp's licensing terms.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted on the Platform.

By creating an Account and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Primary target users are residents of Indonesia, and Indonesian law sets 21 as the minimum age for gambling activity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your location to access and use online gaming services.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a totojp employee or affiliate.
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or permanently closed for cause.
• You are registering and playing using your own identity, funds, and for your own benefit — and not on behalf of any third party.

totojp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated Bonus Balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the totojp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile phone number, and date of birth. You must keep this information up to date and notify totojp promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. totojp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify totojp's customer support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

totojp reserves the right to refuse Account registration or suspend an existing Account at its sole discretion, including in cases where registration information appears to be incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.

totojp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• totojp does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by your payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name that matches your KYC-verified identity.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Most requests are completed within 15–60 minutes during this window; requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following morning.
• totojp reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50,000,000 per transaction or per day.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• totojp reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

totojp offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions outlined below.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (typically 20x–30x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on each bonus offer page.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute as little as 10%. Live casino games, togel (lottery-style games), and sabung ayam (cockfighting) events may have zero contribution unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is Rp 25,000 unless totojp specifies otherwise in writing. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses expire as stated in the individual offer. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in one or both being cancelled.
• Abuse Prevention: totojp reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated play, or the use of automated betting systems.

totojp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform.

You agree to use the totojp Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or agency on behalf of third parties.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or manipulate the Platform's software, odds engine, or RNG systems.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing account credentials with other individuals.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game environments.
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, defamatory, or offensive content via customer support channels or community features.

Violation of any of the above conditions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All games available on the totojp Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general conditions apply across all games and betting markets:

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. totojp will not reverse or void a settled bet except in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the outcome.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Each game and betting market displays its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits may be adjusted at any time at totojp's discretion, including during live events.
• Odds and Payouts: Football odds — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League markets — are updated in real time. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out; a single void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg and recalculates the odds accordingly.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, totojp's server logs will be treated as the authoritative record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Where a round was incomplete, the wager will be refunded to your Real Money Balance.
• Suspicious Activity: totojp reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider knowledge, or coordinated market manipulation. Such cases may also be referred to relevant sporting authorities.
• Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published figures. Any discrepancy between the Platform's displayed result and the official draw result will be resolved in favor of the official result.

totojp is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we may request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a review triggered by unusual account activity.

Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing your name and the account number used for deposits).
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document, as requested by our compliance team.

Until KYC verification is completed to totojp's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. totojp will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals that arises from a User's failure to provide the requested documentation promptly and in full.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with totojp's Privacy Policy and are stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

totojp is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We provide the following tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase becomes effective after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Pop-up notifications at configurable intervals inform Users of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary self-exclusion (from 7 days up to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and cannot be reopened before the period expires. Permanent exclusion is irrevocable.

All content on the totojp Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of totojp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from totojp.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Use totojp's trademarks, logos, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of totojp's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, totojp and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, totojp specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Losses arising from interruptions, downtime, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond totojp's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by Users on the basis of inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform due to data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Any gambling losses incurred during normal gameplay, regardless of the amounts involved.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. totojp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its services.

totojp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it determines that a User has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behavior.
• Attempted to circumvent Platform security or game integrity measures.
• Been found to be under 21 years of age.

In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms & Conditions, totojp reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including both Real Money and Bonus Balances, and to pursue legal remedies to recover any losses suffered by the Platform.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may contact our support team at [email protected]. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded via the User's primary withdrawal method, subject to KYC clearance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which totojp is registered and licensed to operate. totojp operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your country of residence, including Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. totojp accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a User who accesses the Platform from a restricted territory.

Any disputes not resolved through direct negotiation with totojp's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's applicable arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

totojp reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, totojp will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Users via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

We encourage all Users to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates that may affect their rights and obligations.
